* Adult photos are not available for all donors. Adult Photos are only available for donors who have given consent for adult photos.

• • Not all donors consent for the use of their adult photos.
  • Donors who entered our donor program prior to the year 2019 were not consented for the use of adult photos.  These donors will never have adult photos available.

2. If I previously purchased a donor that now has an adult photo available, can I get access to that photo?

• • Yes!  If the donor you purchased previously consented for the use of their adult photo and that donor is still active on the website, you can gain access to the adult photo.
  • If the donor you purchased previously is no longer active on the website, you can go to your “My Account” page on the website, and all downloadable materials for the donor you purchased will be available there.  Including the newly available Adult Photo if that donor consented for the use of their adult photo.
  • You will need to upgrade your previous All Access Pass membership to the All Access Pass Plus membership.  The upgrade cost is $49, and can be purchased by adding the All Access Pass Plus membership to your cart and checking out.  Our system will recognize that you previously purchased the standard All Access Pass, and will automatically discount $50 from the total price of the All Access Pass Plus membership at checkout.Plus Upgrade
  • Or, if you never purchased a standard All Access Pass membership previously, you will need to purchase the All Access Pass Plus memberhsip HERE.

3.  Should I ask Seattle Sperm Bank staff if there is an Adult Photo available for the donor(s) I am interested in if the website shows there is not an adult photo available?

• • No. If a donor has consented for the use of their adult photo it will be listed on the website.
  • If the adult photo is not listed on the website for a donor, our staff will not be able to send you an adult photo for that donor.
