There’s a lot of concern about the coronavirus at the moment. For those of you hoping to start treatment soon, this time can be particularly stressful.
We’d like to make it clear that we are still in full operation. You can place your orders and we will be shipping to clinics and residences.
We have taken thoughtful and appropriate steps to keep our staff and donors safe while maintaining operations at full capacity and providing complete support to our customers.
We are closely monitoring the information and recommendations coming out of the CDC, FDA, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
Free Storage for 2 Months
To accommodate any challenges caused by the coronavirus, we’d like to offer you free storage at our premises for two months with the purchase of any vials.
By putting your vials into storage, you’re certain that vials from your favorite donor are still available when you need them.
If you’d like to make use of this option, simply select six months storage when you check out and this offer will automatically be applied to your purchase.

If you are considering postponing your treatment, we recommend that you make the most of the extra time and take advantage of all the services we offer!
Our $50 All Access Pass Membership allows 3 months of unlimited online access to detailed information about each donor including audio interview, baby photos, extended profile, Keirsey Test, staff impressions, handwritten message, and genetic test results.

Does coronavirus spread via sperm?
There is no evidence that supports that coronavirus spreads via sperm. In general, research shows that respiratory viruses do not spread via sperm and so far, no cases of transmission of coronavirus have been reported. Seattle Sperm Bank follows closely and act in accordance to the recommendations for donor screening issued by the CDC and other regulatory bodies.
The sperm vials that we send out today were donated months before the novel coronavirus spread. The sperm that is donated after the coronavirus outbreak will be frozen and quarantined and released in accordance with FDA guidelines.
What has Seattle Sperm Bank done to take extra precautions with regards to COVID-19?
With three state-of-the-art labs, located in Seattle, WA; Tempe, AZ; and San Diego, CA we have continued to maintain a high level of diligence to prevent the spread of communicable diseases. We have thoughtfully taken appropriate steps to keep our staff safe while maintaining operations at full capacity and providing complete support to our customers.

Please rest assured, we are open and in full operation. All orders will be shipped as usual to both clinics and residences.
To accommodate any challenges caused by the coronavirus, as of 3/16/20 we have added a free month of storage to all existing accounts. Any new purchases of 2 or more vials have an option for 6 months of free storage.

I have vials in storage, and my cycle has been delayed. Are my vials safe?
Yes, your vials are safe. The sperm vials that were donated months before the novel coronavirus spread. Your vials will safely remain in storage until you are ready to resume your treatments and have them shipped to your clinic or residence.
We understand shifting schedules can be stressful. To help ease anxiety caused by delayed treatments, as of 3/16/20 we have added a free month of storage to all existing accounts.
